Collaborative leadership

A leadership approach where decisions are made by a team working in close coordination with one another. The focus is on the collegial relationships among administrators and teachers, how those relationships influence the leadership process, and on broad and widely shared influence among the team (with less emphasis on dividing and delegating decisions).
