Teacher leaders

An educator at a school site that holds a leadership position, including but not limited to department or grade level chairs, committee chairs, and instructional coaches. At teacher-powered schools, teacher leaders represent a large portion of the educator team and in many cases all educators are considered site leaders. Teacher leader and site leader are used interchangeably.
